GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Byron man charged with burglary in Bergen

Paul W. Tuttle, 49, of Rt. 237, Byron, is charged with burglary 2nd degree, a class C violent felony, criminal mischief 4th and petit larceny following an investigation on Sautell road in Bergen on August 16, 2020.

Tuttle allegedly damaged and stole property after entering a residence unlawfully.

He was virtually arraigned at the Genesee County Jail on behalf of Bergen Town Court on August 17, 2020 by Judge Zambito.

Tuttle was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice and is scheduled to return to court on October 6, 2020 at 9:00a.m.

Melissa D. Woods, 38, of S. Main St., Oakfield, is charged with stalking 4th degree following a harassment complaint in the Town of Alabama on August 14, 2020 at 6:30a.m.

Woods was arraigned on August 16, 2020 in City Court in front of Judge Rogers and released on her own recognizance. She is set to re-appear in court on September 28, 2020 at 10:00a.m.

Gage S. Oliver, 28, of Griswold Rd., Bergen, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and inadequate headlight after a traffic stop on Rt. 19 in the Town of LeRoy on August 16, 2020.

Oliver was issued traffic tickets and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on October 6, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
