Daniel R. Smythe, 32, of Main St., Caledonia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd following a domestic incident in the Town of Pavilion on August 22, 2020 at 5:44p.m.
Smythe was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on October 10, 2020 at 3:00p.m.
