Maurice G. Leach, 44, of State St., Batavia, is charged with obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and failure to use the sidewalk, following an incident that occurred outside a residence on State street on August 25, 2020 at 1:24a.m.
Leach was issued a uniform traffic ticket and an appearance ticket.
Leach will appear in City Court on November 17, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Jacqueline R. Garrett, 41, of Park Rd., Batavia, is charged with illegal use of toxic vapors at 2 West Main street on August 21, 2020 at 1:07p.m.
Garrett was found allegedly huffing a can of electronic duster.
She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on December 1, 2020.
Robert D. Wood, 30, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd, endangering the welfare of a child and burglary 2nd after a domestic incident on August 18, 2020 at 7:15p.m.
Wood allegedly pushed a person in the presence of two children.
Wood was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers via Skype. He was released on his own recognizance and will appear in City Court on October 8, 2020.
Brian K. Dyer, 53, of North St., Batavia, is charged with two counts of harassment 2nd after an investigation into a domestic incident North street on August 13, 2020.
Dyer allegedly shoved a person and subjected a person to unwanted physical contact.
He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on November 24, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Latiqua S. Jackson, 27, of East Main St., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant out of City Court for petit larceny, after being located at a Batavia residence while patrols were on location for an unrelated matter on August 21, 2020.
The petit larceny allegedly occurred on March 17, 2020 at 12:15a.m. on Highland Park.
Jackson was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers via Skype.
Jackson was released on recognizance and will appear in City Court on October 6, 2020 at 2:00p.m.
