On August 29, 2020 at 6:10 p.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Blake W. Stowell, 25, of Perry, NY, for driving while intoxicated and moving from lane unsafely.
On August 29, 2020, Troopers observed a vehicle off the shoulder of the roadway in the ditch on Rt. 20A in the Town of Perry. Stowell was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Stowell recorded a BAC .11% .
Stowell was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Perry for September 2020.
