Shane C. Bunce, 38, of Chili Ave., Rochester, is charged with grand larceny 4th, a class E felony, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and criminal possession of a stolen property 4th, a class E felony, following an investigation into a dirt bike theft on Clinton street road in Bergen on September 8, 2020 at 4:45p.m.
At 6:30p.m. deputies located the stolen dirt bike at an address on South Main street in the City of Batavia. Bunce was found in possession of the stolen dirt bike and was taken to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released on appearance tickets and a uniform traffic ticket.
Bunce will appear in Bergen Town Court on October 14, 2020 at 5:00p.m. and is due in City Court on October 20,2020 at 1:00p.m.
