Joseph W. Freeman, 36, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of stolen property 5th and falsifying business records after an investigation on September 10, 2020 at 1:00p.m. on 4140 Veteran’s Memorial drive.
Freeman was allegedly in possession of property that had been stolen from various stores on Veteran’s Memorial drive in the Town of Batavia.
Freeman was released with appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 13, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
