WYOMING COUNTY/ Parolee jailed after larceny incident at Walmart

On September 5, 2020, at around 5:05p.m., deputies from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office responded to Walmart at 2348 Route 19, in the Town of Warsaw, for the report of a possible larceny.

Following the investigation, Nicole K. Sullivan , 34, of Perry, was arrested for petit larceny and burglary 3rd degree, as Sullivan had previously trespassed at Walmart properties following an arrest at the Walmart in the Town of Batavia in 2017.

Sullivan, who is also on NYS Parole, was arraigned in front of Judge Errington of the Warsaw Town Court via Skype, and was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail without bail due to having numerous prior felony convictions.

Sullivan is scheduled to appear in the Wyoming County Superior Court at a later date.
