Pape was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on November 4, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
Jacob W. Cobti, 18, of Burdick Rd., Akron, is charged with DWAI/alcohol, refusal to take a breath test and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, following an investigation into a disabled vehicle on Rt. 77 in Pembroke on September 20, 2020 at 7:54a.m.
Cobti was issued uniformed traffic tickets and released.
He will appear in Pembroke Town Court on October 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
