BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Woman accused of taking money out of a person’s hand and walking away

Nateeka, M. Gibson, 31, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th, a class E felony, after an incident on Watson street on September 14, 2020.

Gibson allegedly took money from another person’s hand and walked away.

Gibson was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 5, 2021 at 1:00p.m.

Jesse A. Russell, 30, of Alleghany Rd., Alabama, is charged with harassment 2nd, after punching another person at a residence on Ross street on September 15, 2020 at 4:30a.m.

Russell was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers via Skype and released on recognizance.

Russell is scheduled to return to City Court on November 17, 2020 at 2:00p.m.

Deirdre A. Louchren, 55, of State St., Batavia, is charged with abandonment of animals, following an incident that occurred on August 25, 2020 outside a residence on State street.

Louchren was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 12, 2021 at 1:00p.m.

Adam M. Jellison, 42, of Sierk Rd., Attica, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after police were called to a residence on Columbia avenue on September 22, 2020 at 9:02a.m.

After a brief investigation, it was determined that Jellison was violating an order of protection by being at the address and was placed under arrest.

Jellison was arraigned by Judge Rogers in City Court and held at the jail with bail set at $2,000 cash, $4,000 bond or $8,000 partial.

He is scheduled to re-appear in City Court on September 29, 2020 at 2:00p.m.

Peter J. Ozzimo Jr., 50 of Orchard St., Perry, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and no/insufficient tail lamps, after a traffic stop on West Main street for a traffic violation on September 20, 2020 at 1:53a.m.

Ozzimo was released on several uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on December 30, 2020.

David L. Hausler, 32, of N. Bergen Rd., Bergen, was arrested on a warrant out of City Court for allegedly making graffiti on an outside wall of a local business at 12 Center street on February 5, 2020 at 11:00p.m.

Judge Rogers released Hausler with a return court date of October 27, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Erica M. Raphael, 35, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation into a shoplifting incident at 390 West Main street on September 16, 2020 at 2:36p.m. Raphael was taken into custody by staff.

She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on December 8, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Michael W. Flint, 21, of Spring St., Mt. Morris, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after a domestic incident that occurred on August 31, 2020 on West Main street road.

Flint allegedly violated an order of protection.

He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on December 29, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
