Leanne A. Lathrop, 29, of Cowie Rd., Wyoming, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 5th and unlicensed operation after a traffic stop at 8382 Lewiston road in Batavia on September 27, 2020.
Lathrop allegedly had stolen property in the vehicle that was allegedly stolen earlier in the day from Target. Lathrop was also allegedly operating the vehicle while her driver’s license was expired.
Lathrop was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court on October 29, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Lee A. Baxter, 36, of Batavia, is charged with resisting arrest and harassment 2nd following a domestic altercation on September 25, 2020 at an address on West Main street road in Batavia.
Baxter was arraigned in Genesee County Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on October 19, 2020.
