On September 27, 2020 at 1:15a.m., troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Racheal E. Mead, 25. of Perry, for driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.
Troopers stopped Mead on East Perry road in the village of Silver Springs for the rear license plate removed from the mounting bracket on the rear hatch of her vehicle.
Troopers detected the smell of an alcohol beverage emanating from the vehicle during the stop. Mead was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety test and was then transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Mead recorded a .22% BAC.
She was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Silver Springs Court October 2020.
