Francisco Martinez Jr., 47, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with open container on public property, petit larceny, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment 2nd, following an investigation into a disturbance at Austin Park at 15 Jefferson Avenue on October 3, 2020 at 3:38p.m.
Martinez was released with appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on January 5, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Mark T. Helm, 39, of State St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following an investigation into an incident on State street on September 28, 2020 at 3:10p.m., where Helm allegedly pushed and punched another male during an altercation.
Helm was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 5, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Nateeka M. Gibson, 31, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, is charged with burglary 2nd and disobeying a court mandate, after allegedly violating an order of protection by unlawfully entering the home of the protected party while a complete stay away order was in place on October 4, 2020.
Gibson was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers via Skype, and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice with a a 24/7 house arrest order.
Gibson returned to City Court this morning.
Jeffrey R. Roth, 54, of S. Main St., Oakfield, was arrested on October 4, 2020, on an active arrest warrant out of City Court for criminal contempt 2nd.
Roth was arraigned at the Genesee County Jail via Skype, and then jailed on $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond bail.
Roth is scheduled to re-appear in City Court on November 5, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Zackary V. D. Seeley, 23, of Lyman Rd., Bergen, was arrested for aggravated criminal contempt on October 5, 2020 following an alleged violation of an order of protection.
Seeley was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers via Skype and is being held at the Genesee County Jail until his return date in City Court on November 19, 2020.
Grace C. Murray, 21, of Hawks Rd., East Bethany, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court for failing to appear in City Court for sentencing on September 15, 2020.
Murray turned herself in on October 2, 2020. She was processed at Batavia Police Headquarters and will appear in City Court on October 15, 2020 at 10:30a.m.
