WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Pennsylvania woman charged during traffic stop in Perry

A Pennsylvania woman was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Perry on October 8, 2020.

Tanya R. McKoy, 40, of Gilbert, PA, was stopped for a window tint infraction at which time her driver’s license was found to have five active New York State suspensions.

McKoy was arrested, her vehicle was towed from the scene, and she was given a ride to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office to wait for a ride.

McKoy is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and illegal window tint. She was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in the Town of Perry Court on October 28, 2020.

Lisa A. Maurino, 51, of Warsaw, was arrested following a shoplifting complaint at Wal-Mart in the Town of Warsaw on October 10, 2020.

Maurino was observed stealing a ring from the store, and following an investigation, Maurino was located by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office at her residence in possession of the ring.

Maurino is charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property 5th degree. Maurino was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in the Town of Warsaw Court on October 19, 2020.

Jerald A. Shuler, III, 27, of Batavia, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 246 in the Town of Covington on October 8, 2020.

Shuler was stopped for a speeding infraction, and during the stop he was found to allegedly be in possession of 1.65 ounces of marijuana inside a gallon size bag.

Shuler is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 1st degree, speeding/over 55MPH, and driver’s view obstructed.

Shuler was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges on October 26, 2020 in the Town of Covington Court.
