NYS STATE POLICE/Albion/Rochester woman charged after allegedly threatening a person with a bat

On October 10, 2020, Troopers out of SP Albion arrested Tabitha L. Drager, 27, of Rochester, NY for menacing 3rd degree and criminal mischief 4th degree.

On September 22, 2020, Troopers were dispatched to Gaines Basin Road in the town of Albion, for a property damage complaint.  Further investigation revealed that Drager went to the victim’s residence and during a verbal argument took a bat and allegedly menaced the victim. Drager then allegedly smashed a vehicle window with the bat.  Drager then allegedly left the property by driving through the victim’s lawn and striking the mailbox. 

Drager was contacted by Troopers and she turned herself in at SP Albion where she was processed.  She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Albion Court later in October of 2020.

On October 11, 2020, Troopers out of SP Albion arrested Louis C. Sanchez, 30, of Albion, NY, for petit larceny.

On October 10, 2020, Troopers were dispatched to Walmart on Route 31 in the town of Albion for a larceny complaint.  Troopers worked with Walmart loss-prevention during the investigation. 

Sanchez allegedly took batteries, thermos bottles, shears and a flash drive, passing all points of purchase without paying.  Sanchez was transported to SP Albion for processing.

Sanchez was issued tickets returnable to the town of Albion court for a later date in October 2020.
