Cody M. Donahue, 24, of Royce Rd., Varysburg, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, refusal to take a breath test and speeding/exceeding 55mph, after a traffic stop on Rt. 98 in Alexander on October 17, 2020. The stop occurred at 2:11a.m. after vehicle and traffic law violations were observed.
After an investigation, Donahue was allegedly found to be intoxicated by alcohol. He was released on appearance tickets and is due in Alexander Town Court on November 17, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
Jhermero D. Maxey, 29, of Robinson Rd., Lockport, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and speeding over 55mph, 65mph in a 55mph, after a traffic stop in the Town of Alabama on Lewiston road on October 16, 2020 at 9:20p.m.
Maxey was issued uniform traffic tickets and released on recognizance.
Maxey will appear in Alabama Town Court on December 9, 2020 at 6:00p.m.
