Thomas F. Rudolph, 29, of Maple Rd., Alabama, is charged with DWI and failure to signal, after a traffic stop on Reynolds road in Darien on October 22, 2020 at 12:43a.m.
Rudolph was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Darien Town Court on November 17, 2020 at 4:00p.m.
Sarah J. Scott, 39, of S. Fitzhugh St., Sodus Point, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and no turn signal, after allegedly turning onto Rt. 33 in Bergen and not using a turn signal on October 18, 2020 at 9:44p.m.
Scott was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on December 9, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
