Christopher C. Good, 19, of Cohocton Rd., Corfu, is charged with burglary 1st, a class B felony, after an investigation into an incident on Liberty street on October 20, 2020 at 1:34p.m.
Good allegedly unlawfully entered a home on Liberty street and caused physical injury to a person at the residence.
Good was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. An order of protection was put into place, protecting the victims.
Jon H. Bush, 37, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with assault 3rd and endangering the welfare of a child after a domestic incident at a residence in the City of Batavia on October 16, 2020.
Bush allegedly struck a person in the face multiple times causing injury. The incident occurred while in the presence of a child.
Bush was arraigned in City Court and held at the Genesee County Jail on a parole warrant.
He will re-appear in City Court on November 18, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Katie L. Wannemacher, 31, of Trumbull Parkway, Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, harassment 2nd, criminal obstruction of breathing following an investigation into an incident at a residence in the City of Batavia.
Wannemacher allegedly choked someone in front of two children on October 17, 2020.
Wannemacher was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and released on recognizance. She will re-appear in court on December 2, 2020.
Sean M. Keem, 40, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after a disturbance at a residence on Bank street on October 17, 2020.
Keem allegedly struck another person during the incident.
Keem was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in City Court on January 20, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Darrin M. Brown, 31, of W. State St., Albion, is charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument after allegedly being found with several hypodermic needles during an investigation into a larceny at 204 West Main street on October 19, 2020.
Brown was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 21, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Marcella F. Greene, 36, of Pleasant Valley Rd., Bliss, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a needle and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, following an investigation into a larceny at 204 West Main Street on October 19, 2020.
Greene was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 12, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Amanda S. Dombrowski, 37, of Versailles Rd., North Evans, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant, after turning herself in to Batavia Police on October 15, 2020.
Dombrowski failed to appear in City Court on August 3, 2020.
She was released on her own recognizance and will appear in City Court on October 28, 2020.
Andre L. Roberts, 28, of Burrows St., Rochester, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court for failure to appear in City Court on September 15, 2020.
Roberts was processed at the Batavia Police Department Headquarters and released on an appearance ticket.
Shante M. Griffin, 28, of Fisher Park, Batavia, was charged with owning an unlicensed dog on September 25, 2020.
Griffin was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 12, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
