WYOMING COUNTY/COVID-19 Update/Four new positive cases reported

October 30, 2020 @ 2:00 p.m.

Wyoming County Board of Supervisors Chairwoman, Rebecca J. Ryan, reports, as of earlier today, Friday, October 30th , the Wyoming County Health Department reports two hundred one (201) lab-confirmed positive
cases of COVID-19 among Wyoming County residents.

This is an increase of four (4) cases from the last reported increase on Thursday, October 29, 2020.

Many Wyoming County families are planning for the upcoming holiday season, beginning with Halloween. The Wyoming County Health Department is sharing guidance from the NYS Department of Health on how to take part in Halloween celebrations in ways that reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19.

For all activities, social distancing, mask wearing, hand sanitizing, and gathering limits should be observed.
