Tricia M. Martinez, 27, of Lake St., LeRoy, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly taking a Halloween costume without paying for the item after she allegedly agreed to purchase it from the victim at an address in Darien.
The incident occurred on October 30, 2020.
Martinez was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on December 1, 2020 at 4:00p.m.
Matthew R. Albaugh, 35, of Townline Rd., Bergen, is charged with DWI and speeding in excess of 55mph after a traffic stop on Townline road in Bergen on November 1, 2020 at 1:29a.m.
Albaugh allegedly was driving with a BAC of .08% or more. He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on November 11, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
