The Wyoming County Family Medicine – Warsaw office has moved to a Perry. The newly remodeled 3,700 square-foot Wyoming County Family Medicine – Perry office recently opened its doors providing comprehensive outpatient care that includes family medicine and obstetrics and gynecologic treatment. The facility features 6 exam rooms, easy access, and plenty of convenient parking.
The new Wyoming County Family Medicine – Perry office, located on 1 Parker Lane, (formerly University Eye Specialists, PC), features three doctors including Family Medicine Physicians Dr. Tracy Fabian and Dr. Sydney Domanowski along with OB/GYN Physician Dr. Elizabeth Kermis who are available for appointments to provide check-ups, sick visits and preventive care. The new Perry office represents the continuation of WCCHS expansion of their Family Practice facilities through the County.
