BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Brooklyn man charged after allegedly kicking a woman in front of children

Daquan J. Butler, 24, of Kosciuskio St., Brooklyn, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief 4th, after a domestic incident at a local motel on November 13, 2020 at 1:53p.m.

Butler allegedly damaged a hotel door during the incident and then kicked a woman while in the presence of children.

Butler was issued an appearance ticket and released. He will appear in City Court on December 1, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Three people are facing charges after a disturbance at 627 East Main street on November 12, 2020.

Randy K . Wilmet, 43, of Debra Ln., Buffalo, is charged with menacing 3rd, Woodrow C. Horseman, 44, of W. Main St. Rd. and Floyd S. Connolly, 32, of Broadway Rd., Bethany, are each charged with trespass in the incident.

All three will appear in City Court on December 1, 2020 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charges.
