Richard D. Trykowski III, 39 of Tinkham Rd., Darien, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, moving from a lane unsafely and speed unreasonable, after a one vehicle accident on S. Lake road in Pembroke on November 22, 2020.
Trykowski allegedly was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition and crashed his vehicle into a residence.
He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on January 7, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Shawn P. Wolcott, 38, of S. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd and obstruction of governmental administration 2nd, following a complaint of a violation of a court order, a complete stay away order, on S. Main street on November 22, 2020.
During his arrest, Wolcott allegedly barricaded himself in his home.
Wolcott was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on December 10, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Ridge A. Bono, 29, of Williams St., Batavia, is charged with obstructing emergency medical services following a medical emergency at 14 West Main street, the Genesee County Jail, on November 16, 2020.
Bono was issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on December 15, 2020 at 1:00p.m. He was released to the Batavia Police Department.
