On December 5, 2020 at 12:15 a.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested David S. Russo, 19, of Pavilion, for DWI.
Troopers stopped Russo on Dutch Hollow road in the town of Sheldon for inadequate plate lamps. Russo was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and was transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Russo recorded a .10% BAC.
Russo was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Sheldon Court for January 2021.
