Jonathan R. Plwko, 31, of Peppertree Dr., Derby, NY, is charged with DWI/drugs, failure to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent, following a one vehicle accident on S. Main street in Elba on December 9, 2020 at 11:51p.m.
Plwko went off the roadway and struck a building/business near Drake street.
He was released with traffic tickets and will appear in Elba Town Court on December 23, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
Steven D. Keslo, 39, of Columbia Ave., Batavia, is charged with falsifying business records 1st and attempted criminal purchase or disposal of a weapon, after he attempted to purchase a firearm on Buffalo road in Bergen on March 18, 2020.
According to deputies, Keslo was ineligible to possess a firearm.
He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on December 16, 2020 at 3:00p.m.
