Moore, Jr. was arrested by the Warsaw Police Department in January of 2020 for predatory sexual assault against a child.
“I want to thank the victim for having the strength to come forward in this case. This sentence should send a clear message that these evil acts cannot and will not be tolerated,” said Wyoming County District Attorney Donald O’Geen.
The case was prosecuted by First Assistant District Attorney Vincent A. Hemming. Marshall Kelly, Esq. represented the defendant.
