Graham, 32, of Sand Hill Rd., Akron, is charged with felony DWI, 2 previous convictions within 10 years, felony aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, 2 prior convictions within 10 years, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, moving from a lane unsafely, operating without an interlock device, operation in violation of restrictions, reckless driving and unreasonable speed/ special hazard, following a personal injury accident on Main road in the Town of Pembroke on October 25, 2020 at 10:13p.m.
Graham was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on January 21, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
