WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Warsaw man facing aggravated family offense charge after an order of protection violation

An investigation into a possible order of protection violation on January 4, 2021, led to the arrest of Nicholas C. Longhini, 32, of Warsaw, on family and drug related offenses.

Longhini was observed outside a residence he was prohibited from being at by a Wyoming County Court Order of Protection.

Deputies approached Longhini as he sat inside his vehicle and drug paraphernalia was observed in plain view. He was then found to allegedly be in possession of multiple crack pipes and other pieces of drug paraphernalia.

Longhini was taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office where he was charged with aggravated family offense, criminal contempt 2nd, and criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd.

He was arraigned in front of Judge Mohun in Wyoming County Court, and was committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $15,000.00 cash, $25,000.00 bond, or $35,000.00 partially secured bond.

Longhini is scheduled to return to Wyoming County Court on January 11, 2021 for further court proceedings.
