Zachary J.W. Marrow, 29, of Manhattan Ave., Batavia, was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of City Court for aggravated DWI, after failing to appear in court at a scheduled appearance date in November of 2019.
Marrow was arraigned virtually at the Genesee County Jail on February 3, 2021 by Judge Rogers and will return to court on March 18, 2021 at 1:30p.m.
Christopher P. Thomas, 38, of State St., Batavia, is charged with dog running at large, a municipal code violation level offense, for allegedly allowing his dog to run at large on State street on January 29, 2021 at 10:25a.m.
Thomas allegedly let his pet German Shepard run at large on a neighbor’s lawn. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 30, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
