On February 18, 2021 at 10:45 p.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Norman E. Bastedo, 46, of Batavia, NY, for driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and moving from a lane unsafely.
Troopers located Bastedo on East Bethany road in the town of Middlebury, after he drove off the roadway into a snow embankment.
Bastedo was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and was transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Bastedo recorded a .21% BAC.
He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Middlebury court in March of 2021.
On February 17, 2021 at 10:59 p.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Caitlin E. Terry, 31, of Hilton, NY, for driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Troopers stopped Terry on Route 39 in the town of Pike for speeding. She was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and was transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Terry recorded a .10% BAC.
She was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Pike court in March of 2021
