BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Walnut street man charged in domestic incident

Cody A. Bush, 35, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with assault 3rd, grand larceny 4th and criminal mischief 4th, following an investigation into a physical domestic incident at a residence in the City of Batavia on February 14, 2021 at 5:09p.m.

Bush was arraigned in City Court by Judge Burns and was held at the Genesee County Jail. Bush re-appeared on February 18, 2021.

Terry M. Conrad, 57, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with menacing 2nd and criminal possession of weapon 3rd, previous conviction, after a domestic incident at a residence in the City of Batavia on February 21, 2021 at 11:59a.m.

Conrad allegedly threatened another person with a knife after a physical altercation.

Conrad was taken into custody and arraigned in City Court before Judge Rogers. He was released on his own recognizance and will re-appear in court on April 7, 2021 at 1:00p.m.

Dustin C. Herzog, 32, of Albion Eagle Harbor road, Albion , is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property from a local business on 412 East Main street on July 1, 2020 at 11:57a.m.

Herzog was arrested and arraigned on February 23, 2021 in City Court by Judge Rogers and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on April 1, 2021.

Jamie A. Dutton, 28, of S. Platt St., Albion, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, after a lab report received from the Monroe County Crime Lab showed that Dutton was allegedly found to be in possession of 1.081 grams of cocaine following an incident on February 27, 2020 on McKinley avenue.

Dutton was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 20, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
