GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Buffalo man facing felony charges in in traffic stop

Michael A. Flatley, 33, of Sage Ave., Buffalo, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within the past 10 years, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, a felony, felony driving with a BAC of .08% or more, prior conviction within the past 10 years, and failure to keep right, after a traffic stop for a violation on Rt. 77 in Alabama on March 3, 2021 at 1:12a.m.

Flatley was arraigned by Judge Thurber and released on his own recognizance. He will appear in Genesee County Court on May 5, 2021 at 10:00a.m.

Antonio J. Pisa, 19, of Hollow Hill Lane, Rochester, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 1st, after allegedly being found to be in possession of marijuana, home made marijuana pills and crystalized THC during a traffic stop in the town of Stafford on Clinton street on February 19, 2021 at 1:10a.m.

Pisa was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on March 18, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
