Reginald C. Sampson, 55, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and moving from a lane unsafely, after a motor vehicle accident at 7268 Rt. 33 in Bergen on March 5, 2021 at 5:00a.m.
Sampson allegedly exited the roadway and struck the Lyman road sign.
Sampson was issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on March 17, 2021 at 3:00p.m.
Jeffrey R. Doherty, 45, of Timber Point Rd., East Islip, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, driving to the left of pavement markings and improper signal, after a traffic stop for vehicle and traffic law violations at 3266 Buffalo street in Alexander on March 3, 2021 at 6:45p.m.
Doherty allegedly drove in the opposite lane of traffic in a no passing zone and then used his turn signal improperly while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol according to deputies.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Alexander Town Court on April 27, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
