On March 4, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Felix Garcia Duluna, 43, of Java, NY, for endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of harassment 2nd.
Troopers were called to a residence for a physical altercation between a Duluna and his stepchildren.
Duluna’s stepchildren were taken to Wyoming County Community hospital for evaluation. He was placed under arrest and transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
Duluna was arraigned at town of Warsaw court and is to return to Wyoming County Court March 19, 2021.
