A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Christopher C. Good, accusing him of the crime of burglary 1st degree, a class B violent felony. On October 20, 2020, Good knowingly entered and remained unlawfully in a dwelling on Liberty street with the intent to commit a crime. Good is accused of causing physical injury to a victim at the residence .

In Count two, Good is accused of assault 2nd, a class D violent felony, after intentionally causing serious physical injury to the victim.

In Count three, Good is accused of menacing 3rd, a class B misdemeanor, after intentionally placing or attempting to place the victim in fear of death, imminent serious physical injury, or physical injury.

In Count four, Good is accused of aggravated harassment 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, after communicating with a person anonymously, otherwise by phone, computer, or any electronic means or mail, with the intent to harass, annoy, threaten or alarm that person by making a threat to cause physical harm, causing the victim to fear for their safety or their property, and fear for the safety and property of the victim’s family or household.

A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Lisa A. Way, accusing her of the crime of driving while intoxicated, a class E felony. On December 5, 2020, in the City of Batavia, Way was operating a 2011 Chevrolet on Ellicott Street (Route 63) and on the driveway/parking lot at an address on Ellicott street, while allegedly in an intoxicated condition.

In Count two, Way is accused of refusing to submit to a breath test during the above incident on Ellicott street.

Way is accused of having been conviction of DWI as a misdemeanor on Nov. 8, 2017 in Town of Newstead Court in Erie County, that conviction was within 10 years of the crime alleged in Count one of the current indictment.

Bruce D. Smith has been indicted and is accused of the crime of grand larceny 2nd, a class C felony. It is alleged that between April 2018 and March 2019 in the Town of Bergen, Smith stole property having a value of more than $50,000. 

In Count two, Smith is accused of falsifying business records 1st, a class E felony. It is alleged that in October 2018, Smith acted with intent to defraud, made or caused a false entry into the business’ records for the period of July 2018 through January 2019.

Daniel E. King has been indicted and is accused of the crime of aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, a class E felony. On October 9, 2020, in the Village of Corfu, King allegedly drove a 2006 Suzuki on Route 33 while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked and while he was under the influence of alcohol or a drug.

In Count two, King is accused of DWI, as a class E felony, after allegedly driving while intoxicated.

In Count three, King is accused of refusing to submit to a breath test during the same incident above.

In Count four, King is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 1st degree, a class E felony, after allegedly driving on Phelps Road in the Town of Pembroke on November 12, 2020, while under the influence of alcohol or a drug while his license was suspended or revoked.

In Count five, King is accused of DWI for allegedly driving on Phelps Road in the Town of Pembroke while intoxicated on November 12, 2020.

In Count six, King is accused of refusing to submit to a breath test on November 12, 2020 on Phelps Road in the Town of Pembroke. On August 6, 2012, King is accused of having been convicted of DWI as a misdemeanor in Greene County Court. That conviction forms the basis for the suspension or revocation referred to in Counts one and four of the current indictment.
