GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Albion man charged after traffic stop in Pembroke

Joseph G. Blair III, 29, of West County House Rd., Albion, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and failure to dim head lamps, after a traffic stop in the Town of Pembroke at 828 Akron road on March 13, 2021 at 12:15a.m.

Blair was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol while operating a motor vehicle.

Blair was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Pembroke Town Court on April 14, 2021 at 1:00p.m.

Grace C. Murray, 21, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal trespass 3rd, after allegedly entering and remaining unlawfully inside a business at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on March 7, 2021.

Murray had previously trespassed at the property.

She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 8, 2021.
