Town of Batavia Planning Board Meeting

Because of the Novel Corona Virus Pandemic and state and federal bans on large meetings or gatherings and pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive order 202.1 issued March 12, 2020 suspending the Open Meeting Law, the Town of Batavia Planning Board meetings will be held electronically via ZOOM video conference/call conference instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person. Minutes of the meeting will be posted on the Town of Batavia website.

Motion to take the Trousdale SEQR off the table
1. Application by Trousdale Solar to construct a solar project – 5-MW at 5117 Ellicott St. Rd. in the Town of Batavia. This is #1 of a two-parcel project. SEQR Review to be conducted, Site Plan Review and Special Use Permit has been requested.
2. Application by Trousdale Solar to construct a solar project – 4-MW at 5117 Ellicott St. Rd. in the Town of Batavia. This is #2 of a two-parcel project. SEQR Review to be conducted, Site Plan Review and Special Use Permit has been requested.
3. Application by Brandon Lewis for a Special Use Permit to use recreational land for firearms training, General recreation, fitness training and Drive In Movie at 3269 Harloff Rd. Set Public Hearing (April 6, 2021)
