Nia H. Spring, 21, of Meadville Rd., Alabama, is charged with grand larceny 3rd, after an investigation into a larceny of merchandise from 986 Bloomingdale road on February 23, 2021.
Spring was arrested on March 26, 2021 following a trespass complaint.
Spring is accused of stealing $9,501 worth of merchandise from the Rez Smoke Shop and Gas Station.
She was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and released on her own recognizance. Spring will appear in Genesee County Court on May 18, 2021 at 10:00a.m.
Clarence W. Odell, 52, of Corfu, is charged with felony DWAI/drugs (previous conviction within 10 years), felony DWI (previous conviction within 10 years), felony aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, refusal to take a breath test, operating an unregistered ATV and unlawful operation of an ATV on a public highway, following a traffic stop on S. Pearl Street in Oakfield on July 30, 2020 at 11:13p.m.
Odell was observed traveling through the Village of Oakfield on an unregistered, uninsured all terrain motor vehicle on a public highway.
Odell was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on April 5, 2020.
Cynthia McKnight, 22, of Ave. D, Rochester, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, and failure to stop at a stop sign, after a single car motor vehicle accident at 8148 Clinton Street Road in Bergen on March 27, 2021 at 6:41p.m.
McKnight failed to yield for a stop sign, causing her vehicle to go off the roadway into a field.
She was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on April 7, 2021 at 5:00p.m. to answer the charges.
Peter J. Mancuso, 32, of Northwood Dr., Williamsville, is charged with criminal mischief 4th and criminal contempt 2nd, after allegedly causing damage to a door and a door knob at a residence in Alabama on March 10, 2021.
Mancuso also violated an active order of protection.
He was arraigned in Alabama Town Court on March 26, 2021 and released on his own recognizance before Judge Zambito. A full stay away order of protection was issued in the matter.
