Criminal Possession of a Weapon on School Grounds, 2:18PM, Tuesday, March 16, 2021 – Emery GREEN M/32, was arrested and processed at BPDHQ following an investigation where it was alleged GREEN possessed a firearm on Batavia City School District property.
GREEN was arraigned virtually in Batavia City Court by Judge ROGERS. GREEN was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 4/13/2021.
