Perry Police along with Perry ambulance, responded to Crosby’s parking lot on April 1st, 2021 around 11:40a.m.,for reports of a female passed out at the wheel of a running vehicle.
Officers observed a metal pipe in the lap of the driver and one in the center console of the vehicle, the driver was identified as Robin M. Mitchell, 39, of Perry.
Officers also found a substance, presumed to be crack and un-prescribed suboxone on her person.
Mitchell was arrested for DWAI/drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd.
Mitchell was processed and released with a return court date of June 1, 2021 at 1:00p.m. in the Village of Perry Court.
