Peter J. Mancuso, 32, of Northwood Dr., Williamsville, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd and criminal contempt 2nd after he allegedly caused damage to an individuals vehicle in Alabama on March 6, 2021 at 8:44p.m.
Mancuso also violated an active order of protection.
He was arraigned in Genesee County Court on April 5, 2021 and released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was issued.
Jeanna M. Hattaway, 34, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal trespass 3rd, after she entered the Batavia Walmart on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on April 2, 2021, in violation of a June 12, 2018 notification of restriction from property that was issued by Walmart Stores Inc.
Hattaway was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 15, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
