Tricia M. Blatt, 34, of E. Main St., Byron, is charged with grand larceny 4th, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlicensed operation and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, after deputies responded to a reported larceny on E. Main street in the Town of Byron on April 3, 2021 at 3:47p.m.
Blatt allegedly took a cell phone valued at over $1,000 from another person, and then left the scene operating an unregistered vehicle while her license was revoked.
Blatt was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Byron Court on May 3, 2021 at 4:00p.m.
Mark F. Kurzanski, 58, of Olde Stone Lane, Lancaster, NY, was charged with criminal contempt 1st after an incident on W. Main street road in Batavia on April 5, 2021 at 7:08p.m.
Kurzanski was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on his own recognizance and will appear in Genesee County Court on June 2, 2021 at 10:00am
