Rodell L. Richardson, 59, of Covington, was arrested following a criminal mischief complaint in the Town of Covington on April 1, 2021.
Richardson is alleged to have responded to a residence in the Town of Covington and intentionally caused damage to tires on a vehicle.
Richardson was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the 4th degree. He was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court and an order of protection was issued. Richardson is to appear in Wyoming County Court on April 16, 2021, at 11:30a.m. for further proceedings.
