Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Batavia Planning Board regarding an application by Brandon Lewis for a Special Use Permit to allow recreational use of existing land and features for firearms training, shooting range, recreation, fitness training and a Drive-In at 3269 Harloff Road in the Town of Batavia, NY. This land is zoned Agriculture/Residential – Tax Map #2-1-21.2.
Said hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 via Zoom Meeting at 7:00 p.m. at which time all interested persons will be heard. Written comments will be accepted prior to that date. You may email the Chairman at kjasinski@townofbatavia.com or put your written comments in the “dropbox” at the Town Hall by April 19th.
