Terry N. Ritchey, 48, of Alexander Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWAI/alcohol, no tail lamp, and no plate lamp, after a traffic stop on Clinton street road in Bergen on April 15, 2021 at 1:33a.m.
Ritchy was issued traffic tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on June 2, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
Caleb R. Swendsen, 26, of Akron Rd., Pembroke, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, following a domestic incident in the Village of Oakfield on April 13, 2021.
Swendsen was transported to the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket. He will appear in Oakfield Village Court on May 24, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
