Caleb R. Swendsen, 26, of Akron Rd., Pembroke, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd, after a domestic incident in Oakfield on April 13, 2021 at 6:36p.m.
Swendsen was virtually arraigned in Oakfield Town Court and released on an appearance ticket. He will appear in Genesee County Court on June 11, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
