WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Genesee Falls man charged after domestic incident

Andrew L. Davis, 49, of Genesee Falls, NY, was arrested following a domestic incident in the Town of Genesee Falls on April 18, 2021.

Davis was alleged to have forcefully entered a residence, and there was an order of protection in place at the time Davis entered the victim’s residence.

He was arrested and charged with criminal trespass 2nd degree and criminal contempt 2nd degree.

Davis was transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office, where he was arraigned virtually at Warsaw Court.

He was committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $5,000.00 cash bail, $10,000.00 bond, or $20,000.00 partially secured bond. A full stay away order of protection was put in place at arraignment and Davis is scheduled to appear in Wyoming County Court on May 21, 2021.

On April 15, 2021, at approximately 6:20p.m., a deputy from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Sheldon after observing vehicle and traffic violations.

While speaking with the operator of the vehicle, Jerry Paulino, 22, of Paterson, New Jersey, the deputy observed signs of impairment and conducted a roadside DWI investigation. Following the performance of field sobriety testing, Paulino was arrested and transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office to undergo a drug influence evaluation by a certified Drug Recognition Expert. At the conclusion of the evaluation, Paulino was found to allegedly be impaired by cannabis and unable to operate a vehicle safely.

During the course of the investigation, deputies also found Paulino to be in possession of approximately 10 ounces of marijuana.

He was subsequently charged with DWAI/drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, unlawful possession of cannabis, front windshield non-transparent, side windows non-transparent, and insufficient stop lamps.

Paulino was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Sheldon court at a later date.

Shawna M. Crandall, 35, of Perry, was arrested following a complaint at the Warsaw Wal-Mart Store on April 13, 2021. Crandall was observed by Wal-Mart associates inside the store, and Crandall had previously been prohibited from entering all Wal-Mart stores/property following a 2019 arrest at the same location.

Crandall was arrested on April 18, 2021 after turning herself in at the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office. She was issued an appearance ticket for criminal trespass 3rd degree, and is scheduled to answer the charge in the Town of Warsaw Court on May 3, 2021.
