Town of Batavia Planning Board Meeting

Because of the Novel Corona Virus Pandemic and state and federal bans on large meetings or gatherings and pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive order 202.1 issued March 12, 2020 suspending the Open Meeting Law, the Town of Batavia Planning Board meetings will be held electronically via ZOOM video conference/call conference instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person. Minutes of the meeting will be posted on the Town of Batavia Website.
PUBLIC HEARING
Application by Brandon Lewis for a Special Use Permit to use his land at 3269 Harloff Rd. for outdoor recreation including a shooting range, fitness training and drive-in movies.

1. Application by Batavia Solar, LLC for a Special Use Permit to install a ground mounted solar system for The Gen Gateway Local Development Corp on R. Stephen Hawley Dr. Declare Lead Agency, SEQR Review, Site Plan review and address Special Use Permit. Public Hearing was held on February 2, 2021.
2. Application by Bob Dickinson to construct a new truck storage building – site Plan Review – at 4028 West Main St. Rd. Area variance must be approved by ZBA prior to our meeting
3. Application by COR at 4222 Veterans Memorial Drive for a Special Use Permit to add a drive-thru to an existing commercial building to open a new restaurant (Chipotle). Set Public Hearing.
