On April 11, 2021 at 8:34 a.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Tyler D. Petroski, 30, of Depew, NY, for driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and a speed violation.
On April 11, 2021, Troopers stopped Petroski on Rt. 78 in the town of Sheldon for speeding. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Petroski recorded a .18% BAC.
Petroski was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Sheldon court in May of 2021.
