GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Alden man charged after accident in Darien

Paul K. Kellner Jr., 53, of Westcott Ave., Alden, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely, speed not reasonable and prudent and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, after a motor vehicle accident on Genesee street in Darien on April 21. 2021.

Kellner Jr. was allegedly operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition.

He was arrested and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on June 1, 2021 at 4:00p.m.

Sundae J. Grambeck, 37, of Junction road, Pavilion, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, after a motor vehicle accident a 5875 Ellicott street road in Bethany on April 19, 2021.

Grambeck was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.

Grambeck was arrested and was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Bethany Town Court on May 4, 2021 at 7:00p.m.

A. D. Broadhurst, 26, of Henrietta, NY, was cited for allegedly failing to yield the right of way to another vehicle at a stop sign, following an accident in Bergen at Clinton street road and Maple avenue on April 20, 2021 at 5:17p.m.

Broadhurst was operating a 2021 Toyota sedan and was at the stop sign on Maple avenue at Rt. 33, and unsafely entered the intersection into the second vehicle’s lane of travel, which was headed east, and the second vehicle struck Broadhurst’s vehicle, according to a Sheriff’s Department accident report.

Both Broadhurst and the 29 year old male operator of the other vehicle, a 2012 Ford sedan, were injured in the accident and transported to the hospital.
