Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Batavia Planning Board regarding an application by COR Veterans Memorial Drive Company LLC for a Special Use Permit to add a drive-thru to an existing commercial building to open a new restaurant (Chipotle) at 4222 Veterans Memorial Drive in the town of Batavia. This land is zoned Commercial.

Said hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 via Zoom Meeting at 7:00 p.m. at which time all interested persons will be heard. Written comments will be accepted prior to that date. You may email the Chairman at kjasinski@townofbatavia.com or put your written comments in the “dropbox” at the Town Hall by May 3rd.
